It is not a human, and it does not pretend to be

The agent identifies itself as an assistant when a caller asks. We will not configure it to claim it is a person. If your business needs callers to believe they reached a human, we are the wrong supplier.

It is not professional advice

Nothing the agent says on a call — and nothing on this website — is legal, medical, dental, financial, tax or insurance advice. An agent taking a dental booking is scheduling an appointment, not triaging a symptom. An agent quoting a service price is reading your price list, not underwriting a job.

If a caller describes an emergency, the agent's job is to get them to a human or to emergency services, and nothing else.

It makes mistakes

Speech recognition mishears. Language models get things wrong. An agent can mis-hear a name, a date, or a number, and it can confidently say something that is not right. We design around this — the agent confirms details back, and hands off when it is unsure — but we cannot promise it never happens, and neither can anyone else selling this technology.

Every call is transcribed, so when it does happen you can see exactly what was said. Review matters. Do not wire an agent to anything irreversible — a payment, a cancellation, a dispatch — without a human in the loop.

The recordings on this site

The calls you can listen to on this site are real audio of real conversations, not actors and not scripts. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and street addresses in them have been removed from both the audio and the transcript. The businesses are not identified.

They are examples of what the product does. They are not a promise that your calls will sound the same — your menu, your accents, your background noise and your customers are all different.

Recording and consent are yours to get right

Call recording law differs by state, and some states require every party on the call to consent. Where your calls are recorded, you are the one who decides that, announces it, and is responsible for complying with the law where your callers are. We give you the controls and the announcement; we do not give you legal cover. Take your own advice.
