The short answer
There is almost nothing in it on rate. Dialzara's entry plan works out at $0.483 a minute and ours at $0.408, and their larger plans undercut ours. They have no build fee and we do. What the build fee buys is the only thing being decided here.

Of the services with published prices, Dialzara's $29 a month for 60 minutes is the lowest entry price, and Rosie's $49 for 250 minutes is the lowest rate per minute. Neither includes a managed build.
Why does Call Marlin charge a setup fee when Dialzara does not?
Because somebody does the setup. The conversation is written around your business, the integrations are connected, and the agent is tested on real calls before it answers one. On a self-serve product that work is yours to do, and it is not free there either.
